One connected workflow, from the shop floor to the corner office.
Manufacturers trust us to connect their quoting, production, quality, and operations into a single automated workflow environment—so your teams spend less time chasing information and more time building things.

Built for the complexity of modern manufacturing.
From injection molding to metal fabrication to building products, we’ve worked across manufacturing verticals with diverse process chains. We don’t just implement software—we map your quote-to-production workflow and build automation that fits your operational reality.
Manufacturing runs on data that lives in ERP systems, SharePoint, and custom tools. We use Make.com to build two-way integrations that keep monday.com and your backend systems in sync—eliminating manual data entry and ensuring accurate, real-time production data.
Manufacturing implementations often have complex scope that grows over time. We offer fixed-fee, phased project delivery so you can build incrementally, manage budget risk, and scale your automation as confidence grows.

Automate the workflows that drive production.
Manufacturing organizations live and die by process discipline. We help you build the workflow infrastructure that brings consistency, visibility, and automation to every stage of your operations.

Exo-S uses axa·nexa to automate their quote-to-production workflow with 6 custom integrations.
Exo-S, a Canadian plastics designer and manufacturer specializing in injection and blow molding, partnered with axa·nexa to replace a fully manual, template-driven quote and project management process with an automated, integrated workflow on monday.com—eliminating manual data entry and connecting their production operations to downstream systems.
6 custom Make.com integrations built
4,000+ board actions per month
100% account activity month-over-month
Exo-S relied on multiple fragmented templates in SharePoint and manual data entry across disconnected systems, including their backend ERP. The lack of automation created capacity constraints and made it difficult to keep projects on time as the business scaled.
Axa·nexa implemented monday.com as Exo-S’s central project management platform, building two-way Make.com integrations between monday.com, SharePoint, and downstream systems. Phase 1 established the project management foundation; Phase 2 extended automation to additional key systems—giving Exo-S a reliable, scalable workflow for their quote team.

Global enterprise consolidates technology contract management on monday.com.
A global enterprise managing approximately 200 active technology contracts partnered with axa·nexa to bring contract management under IT for CIO & CEO visibility. The result was a monday.com based CLM program that unified workflows, eliminated email-driven handoffs, and gave leadership a single line of sight into contracts and cost across the business.
200 active technology contracts brought under a single workflow
Vendor onboarding automated across legal, GRC, and risk and insurance teams
Enterprise-wide contract and cost visibility delivered to CIO and CEO
Contracting was running on a fragmented system, with legal, GRC, and risk & insurance pulled into every deal. Notification gaps and communication breakdowns disrupted workflows, and leadership had limited insight into status, bottlenecks, or aging agreements. Stakeholders could not get to the contract data they needed, vendor onboarding turned into excessive back-and-forth, and the absence of a shared workflow left each team running its own process in isolation. Two years into consolidating technology contracts under IT, the team needed to protect that progress through a potential platform migration and extend the model across subsidiaries and departments.
Axa·nexa stood up the new CLM program directly on the client’s monday.com tenant, building on an investment already in place. A standard contracting workflow was introduced alongside an automated vendor onboarding flow, real-time stakeholder notifications, and a shared contract library. Approval routing and a complete audit trail of all activity replaced adhoc email threads. Contract assembly was streamlined through templated drafting and eSignature via Adobe Sign. Each department and subsidiary received its own workspace, and role-specific dashboards surfaced status and performance for every persona involved.
